The city of love…is there a better European city to elope in? Perhaps not. Planning your Parisian elopement gauruntees endless iconic and beautiful locations to say “I Do,” all within a few meters of each other. After foregoing an elaborate and expensive wedding in Tampa with about 40 guests, Richard and Oremi decided to exchange their vows in one of the cities they’ve traveled to many times.
Richard got ready and headed to the Louvre, while Oremi finished getting ready at the hotel before taking a cab to meet Richard. After a rainy morning, the rain clouds cleared just in time for them to say their vows at the Tuileries. Autumn leaves framed them, and sounds of the waking city started to buzz around them.
After a short, peaceful ceremony, We headed to the Trocadero for some photos featuring the iconic Eiffel Tower. What is a Parisian elopement without the most iconic photo spot in Paris? We then stopped to pick up a cake along the way home, Richard and Oremi enjoyed a private cake cutting on their hotel room balcony.
The beauty of an elopement is complete freedom from responsibilities of entertaining guests or sticking to timelines. The celebration of your love can be completely designed around what makes you and your partner feel most connected.
